Governance

BGM Europe Ltd is a limited liability company registered in Finland. Management and decision-making at BGM Europe are governed by its Articles of Association, the Limited Liability Companies Act and other legislation in force. The Company follows the recommendations  of governance practices published by the ecoDA. ​​Where applicable, the company’s corporate governance practices comply with the requirements set out in the Corporate Governance Code of Finland for non-listed companies.
