Investment Opportunies
The technology and industrial outlook in Europe and globally are shadowed by the Russian war in Ukraine. Russia has been a significant exporter of Nickel, accounting for about 24 % of global exports, and the country hosts about 9 % of known nickel reserves. However, 91 % of known nickel reserves are outside Russia and the international raw materials production and trade will balance itself, even without Russia.

Comprehensive 2020 Scoping Study Report by Golder Associates UK Ltd.
BGM Europe Ltd (BGM) was formed in 2023 to pursue advanced nickel mining and processing technologies in Europe. The company is now seeking strategic partners and private and institutional investors to fund the commercial and operational launch of Nickel-Cobalt mining and processing companies.

BGM Europe Ltd. is a business initiative for mining and beneficiation of Class 1 Nickel for the European battery industry. The nickel mining and processing value chain will be planned, engineered, constructed and operated in the full compliance to the EU CRMA23 Act, respecting the high standards of ESG code and EU Taxonomy.

The Company has signed an Agreement for the acquisition of a nickel mine in Albania to service the European CRM Initiative and supply nickel and cobalt to the Æsir Europe Ltd battery factory to be established in Kokemäki, Finland. The Company is seeking to raise 23 million euros in equity capital to fund the acquisition of the mine in Albania, and commence the operations, engineering, and design of the mine infrastructure. The mine has all needed mining licenses and permits, and can commence the production of nickel with about 36 months of design and construction.

This investment opportunity is one of the very few available to produce strategic and critical Class 1 nickel in Europe, as a response to the dominance of non-European countries in the market. The investors will be owners of a strategic business for the benefit of Europe on a long-term basis. Albanian nickel as a raw material is accepted by the most strategic of BGM Europe´s off-take partners in the USA and in Europe (including the Defense Industry).
BGM Europe Ltd. will both develop nickel mines and invest in a beneficiation plant in Albania, to serve the urgent need for new Balkan nickel production. The energy supply for the beneficiation plant and the mine in Albania will be 100 % from green energy sources, using both existing hydroelectric sources and novel energy supply alternatives.

A concentration process with the lowest possible energy consumption and with the lowest possible effluent will be developed for the nickel laterite ore beneficiation operation. The company will develop a sustainable delivery route from Albania to North Europe for further processing of the Albanian MHP intermediate product into nickel hydroxide and nickel sulfate.
